What this tool does — and doesn't do
We check whether each line looks like a real citation in OSCOLA, Harvard, APA 7 or SA legal-citation form, and we flag the pieces you must confirm at the primary source. We never claim a case, statute or article actually exists. Always open the law report, the Government Gazette, or the publisher record.
Saved sets add your own rules and a persistent bibliography on top of OSCOLA. The Citation Check section verifies every entry you cite matches the saved form.
