Scope of this service

This service is delivered as legal support / paralegal assistance. Across all our services we provide legal information and legal advice on non-reserved matters, and we prepare legal opinions. Nkadimeng Danny is not an admitted attorney; reserved work — court appearance, litigation on your behalf, conveyancing and notarial acts — falls outside our scope and we will refer you to an admitted legal practitioner where a matter requires it.
